Terms & Conditions
Delivery
All orders will be despatched as soon as possible by either 1st class mail or courier (orders over 1.5kgs).
If you have a particular deadline to receive your order please drop us an e-mail with your order number and we will confirm how quickly it can be despatched.
All orders should be received within 10 days, most much quicker than this.
Some items such as Phil & Ted's, Tidy Book bookcases etc and personalised items may take longer - please get in touch if you need your order quickly - we will do what we can to speed it up through the system.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order despatched within the UK.
TP Outdoor activity toys do attract an excess delivery charge (codes starting with TP). This will be passed on at cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands of Scotland may incur a delivery surcharge. Please drop us an e-mail with your items and postcode and we will give you a quote. We will only charge excess delivery at cost.
All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery within the UK. (Surcharges will apply to those areas listed above). Free delivery offers only apply to mainland UK.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, we can arrange delivery to you. Please e-mail us at sales@mamatoto.co.uk with the delivery address and order details and we will happily give you a quote for delivery.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order, please call us on 0845 3707970 or e mail us at sales@mamatoto.co.uk
You will also receive an e-mail when your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
You can check the progress of your order at any time by clicking on "My Account" on the home page.
Payment
This site has been set up on a secure server so you can send us your payment details in confidence. We won't take payment until your item is packed and ready for despatch.
If you prefer, you can telephone us with your order on 0845 3707970. If we don't answer, please do leave a message and we will call you back.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Delta. Sorry but we cannot accept Visa Electron cards online. If you would like to pay by Visa Electron please phone us with your order on 0845 3707970.
Returns
If you are not 100% delighted with your products simply return them to us within 14 days in perfect condition complete with original packaging and proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange/replacement.
Please contact us for the return address and reference number and do remember to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office in case anything gets lost in the post!
Sorry, but we won't be able to refund the initial delivery charge or cost of returns unless the item is faulty as these are incurred costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
